Spring Flower Show – Windowsill Gardening

Description

Teach elders to plant common British flowers (nasturtiums, pansies) using large pots and lightweight soil – all done seated. Each pot gets a name tag and is displayed in a common area. A horticultural therapist guides the session, reconnecting participants with nature.
