Life Story Box – Personal Memory Keepsake

Description

Each person receives a small wooden box, stickers, replica old stamps, and copies of old photos (supplied in advance). They choose a few items that represent their life (e.g. a button, a model medal) and write one word on the box lid. Boxes are shown to the group and sealed as a keepsake. Deeply participatory – helps fight loneliness and memory loss.
