Old Time Dance – Waltz from a Chair

Slow waltz music plays as volunteers demonstrate seated dance moves – upper body sway and gentle arm gestures. Everyone can dance with a volunteer or a neighbour. Small prizes for “best dance partner”. No standing required, just the golden glow of a dance hall.
